CiroThere are many builders that don't stand by their product or just recently started building under a new entity name after many failed attempts, but my hesitation in buying new construction from a builder was instantly eased with Cunningham. When we first looked at the houses and met with Kyle we had an appreciation for how the company gave attention to detail in its projects and how the company conducted itself. Kyle was extremely helpful and patient with us from the first day we met him.
As we anticipated, the workmanship and quality has been up to our expectations. Carl has been great addressing any issues we've discovered and helpful in scheduling warranty work. We can tell Carl takes pride in his work and has high standards. He is most definitely an asset to your group.

As you likely know, prior to our Cunningham home, we had custom-built two homes in Calgary and were aware of how much information flows between the homeowner and the builder during the construction of a home. We had been those homeowners who visit the job-site on almost a daily basis and want to be involved in even the ‘little’ decisions. Knowing that we were building from a distance, we were uncertain as to how involved we could be with our house in Houston. Communication was critical during our project and BuilderTrend proved invaluable by providing us with an online database of information specific to our home. While we could have communicated with our construction manager simply by phone and email, BuilderTrend enhanced the process by keeping everything organized for us. BuilderTrend allowed us to view a ‘checklist’ of options - we knew when elections had to be made and our choices were clearly laid out. We could easily keep track of option costs and the total cost of the project. Through regular photo additions, we were also able to view the the project at various stages. BuilderTrend was an excellent communication ‘hub’. In short, although we were 1800 miles away and only visited the job-site once between purchase and completion, BuilderTrend allowed us to feel fully involved with the construction of our home. "
